Payment

All payments must be submitted through PayPal. Please contact us before bidding if you would prefer a different payment method.

Payment must be submitted within seven days at the end of the auction.

We are required to add sales tax of 5.5% to all Wisconsin auction winners.

Shipping and Handling

All items will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail and Priority. We use USPS because they are the cheapest shipping company with good shipping transit time. USPS Express will be offered to customers upon request before auction close.

All items will be shipped within two business days after payment has been received. EChecks through PayPal can take up to two weeks to process. Please keep this in mind if you decide to use that method of payment.

We do not profit on the shipping and handling fees. After postage, insurance, and packaging fees are applied, our items are usually shipped at a loss for our company. Shipping rates can be compared at the official USPS website. Insurance is provided free of charge.

International Shipping

All international items will be shipped USPS Priority International. Due to the high shipping prices and long transit time most items will only be shipped to the U.S. If an item does not have International shipping listed and you would like to purchase it please contact us.

Custom and Duty fees are the responsibility of the International Buyer. Please contact your local customs agency to learn your country's importation fees to avoid any unexpected fees. Asaccording to U.S. Federal Law we willmark every item as merchandise and at itspurchase value. Please do not ask us to mark any item as gift or at a lowmerchandise value.

Returns

Armstrong Electronics Guarantee:

We want to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns if the following conditions are met.

We also provide our own 30 day warranty for all of our electronics and accessories. This does not include sold broken as-is merchandise. Returns will be accepted for items in this time window if we determine that the merchandise we sold was defective or was incorrectly stated in the auction. We reserve the right to fully reimburse the customer in that situation both their original shipping cost plus the cost to return the item to our facility. Customers must contact us before returning the merchandise to determine if their claim is covered by this policy and to receive instructions.
